On Wednesday the 7th November, Year Four, with the help of Jude and Toby in Year 3, played in a football tournament hosted by Prospect House. We played 3 games against Parson Green, Orchard House and Prospect House schools. We played our first game against Parson Green with Shayan starting in goal for us. Our defending for the first game was brilliant with Adam blocking everything and we managed to get a 0-0 result. We moved on to our next game against Orchard House, where our attackers had more chances in front of goal, with Max hitting the crossbar, but the game also ended in a 0-0 draw. We then went into the last game knowing if we didn’t lose we would get a medal. In the game against Prospect House we went 1-0 down and also nearly conceded a second but Adam managed to clear it off the line. We then got a penalty in the last minute of the game with Shayan managing to score the rebound. We finished 3rd overall!

Player of the Tournament: Adam for great defending.

Mr Camacho and Mr Gore would like to thank all the parents who came down to support the team.
