We were very honoured to have the Mayor of Kingston Cllr Thay Thayalan, Captain Kevin Haresign from Kingston Army Reserve Centre, Cllr Leslie Heap and representatives from the Malden & Coombe British Legion at our remembrance tree planting at Beverley Park yesterday. We planted over 100 saplings with help from Andy Robinson from Idverde ( they look after our local parks on behalf of the council)and Gary Robinson and other members from The Friends of Beverley Park. We were very lucky with the weather in the end and were able to take every child from Nursery all the way up to Year 6 to plant a tree and represent our school, which they did so well.
