Last week, Mr McAuley, our Deputy Head, spoke in our Key Stage 2 Assembly about Mental Health! We discussed what good mental health looks like & what to do if we are not feeling good. We also talked about how we can improve our mental health by getting enough sleep, relaxing, reading, exercising or talking to an adult or friend. The children were able to give lots of examples of how they can improve their own mental health and activities they like to do that makes them happy.
