Last Friday we had our annual Readathon event, where we cancelled all lessons to read all day (with the exception of lunch and break). It was really good fun and I managed to read about 400 pages of The Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling. At the end of the day KS2 had read 9083 pages in total. The library prefects (Jack, Ella and I) checked the classes every hour or so to count the pages read by everyone. Please can everyone now return their sponsor money and we will announce in the next newsletter how much was raised.
